In 1999 Lilian Spieth bought a small wholesale Italian Food business in the historic Barrio San Antonio district of Tucson, called Roma Imports of America. She had never owned a business before but was passionate about good food and no stranger to hard work. In a few years Roma Imports had evolved from a wholesale Italian food business serving local restaurants to a flourishing Italian retail store, restaurant, delicatessen and catering enterprise serving all things delicious.
